The shipping methods available on the MOOORE platform are offered in Italy for items sold and shipped by Openamic logistics, and they are shown during the purchase process. The shipping methods vary based on the type of product, availability, weight, dimensions of the item, and delivery address.
Upon order completion, the store must accept and confirm your order; once confirmed, we will provide you with the estimated delivery date, and when the package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link that will be activated within a maximum of 72 hours.
Through this link, you can track your shipment.
We recommend checking the link to stay updated in real-time on any possible changes. Access the “My Orders” section to check your shipment status. It is not possible to change the delivery method from standard to express. You can select the “express delivery” option only at the time of order completion and not afterward.
Couriers deliver to the roadside, unless otherwise specified by default.

- Orders may be delivered by different couriers. However, it is not possible to select the courier that will handle your order.
- The indicated delivery times may vary. Please check the delivery date during the order process.
Delivery methods for the Italian national market may include:
STANDARD: 2 to 4 days from order confirmation by the store/company.
EXPRESS: Within 48 hours from order confirmation by the store/company.
